I have collected the Telia Rumals & Ikat textiles in the last 50-odd years, some of them go back up to 100 years. All preserved in Gallery for posterity.

This Gallery exhibits Traditional Handloom fabrics of Telia Rumals of Telangana region and Ikats handloom work collected around the world . The Gallery collection was based on traditional Telia Rumals created from generations in Govardhana’s family. Telia Rumals are based Ikat technique designed in geometrical pattern with eco friendly and natural dyes and ingrediants. Apart from the Telia rumals of Puttapaka, the Gallery displays the age old traditional handloom varieties of Telangana Region also.
